Get into the holiday spirit and make a difference this season! We invite businesses, individuals and organizations in the community to sponsor and decorate a tree or wreath. Your creation will be displayed and auctioned off, spreading joy while supporting a great cause. Sign up now and add a festive, helpful twist to your holidays!
All proceeds from the Festival of Trees will benefit Coos Bay – North Bend Rotary Club programs.

Decorating Night
Monday, December 1 • 4 PM – 8 PM • Ko-Kwel Casino Resort | Coos Bay • Salmon Room
Bring your team and provide ornaments for the decorating. Extremely fragile ornaments are discouraged and all ornaments must be securely wired in place.
Trees & Wreaths on Display
Tuesday & Wednesday, December 2 – 3 • Ko-Kwel Casino Resort | Coos Bay
Dinner & Auction Night
Thursday, December 4 • Salmon Room
Doors Open at 5:30 PM for those with reserved tables • Dinner 6 PM • Open to Public 6:45 PM • Auction 7 PM

Trees will then be judged in categories of Best in Show, Best Theme, Most Elegant, Most Original, Judge’s Choice and Best Wreath.
All proceeds benefit Rotary programs including: Gift of Literacy, Shelter Box, Coos Rotary Foundation and Airport Heights Park Revitalization.
