The 4th Annual High Tide Tattoo & Art Festival is back with official host shop 11:11 Tattoo! This three-day event is filled with world-class tattoo artists from all over the country. Multi award-winning artists like Pete Carreno, and former Ink Master contender Mat Valles will be here. Guests will have the rare opportunity to work with these artists directly to plan their next tattoo.

Tickets go on sale April 3, 2026 in Ko-Kwel Gifts.
$15 per day | 12 and under – free admission

Friday, April 24, 2026 | 12 PM – 10 PM
Saturday, April 25, 2026 | 12 PM – 10 PM
Sunday, April 26, 2026 | 12 PM – 8 PM

All ages welcome; 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Competition
Artists will compete over a 3-day period, vying for custom-made local trophies and bragging rights.
Throughout the festival weekend we will be awarding trophies for the winners of Best of Day, Geometrical, Cover Up, Most Unusual, Native Themed, Asian Themed, Traditional, Black and Grey, Black and Grey Portrait, Color, Color Portrait, Animal Portrait, Best Sleeve, and Best Large Tattoo (full chest, back or body suit).
On Sunday we will also be awarding the Best of Show.

Book a Session
Most artist use social media as their preferred method of communication and will require guest to book directly through them. Some Artists will allow walk-ins.
